Nurturing Your Path to Personal Growth and Empowerment

I am so excited you have taken this first step to seeking therapy. I provide compassionate support and guidance to individuals, couples, and those seeking sex therapy. As a licensed therapist, I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your unique challenges and aspirations.

For individuals, I offer a personalized approach to help you navigate life’s complexities, enhance self-awareness, and achieve personal growth.

In couples therapy, my focus is on strengthening bonds, improving communication, and fostering intimacy to create fulfilling and lasting relationships.

Additionally, with sex therapy, I provide a confidential environment to address intimate concerns, revitalize passion, and promote open and honest communication in a supportive manner.

Together, we will work towards healing, growth, and empowerment to help you lead a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Individual Therapy

As a therapist, my role in individual therapy is to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner thoughts and emotions. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing, promoting lasting positive changes that extend far beyond the therapy room.

Couples Therapy

Couples therapy provides an opportunity for healing, growth, and creating a deeper emotional bond. Couples therapy isn’t about taking sides but about collaboratively finding solutions and fostering a sense of unity within the relationship.

Sex Therapy Services

I utilize evidence-based techniques to help clients understand the underlying factors contributing to their sexual concerns. This may involve exploring past experiences, cultural influences, personal beliefs, and communication patterns within relationships.

I accept self-pay only clients. I chose to not involve insurance to not limit you to services associated with a billing code/diagnosis.

No Surprises Act

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, an any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
  • For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit: www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 877-696-6775.
